Changed opening hours due to the Coronavirus

Due to the new guidelines from the RIVM regarding the Coronavirus, our store in Heeg will be closed from Tuesday December 15 (until further notice from the government) for your and our safety. We hope to welcome you again soon and to prepare your navigation system for beautiful journeys.

We are closed from the 25th of December until the 3th of January. During this period the e-mails to our helpdesk will be read and orders via our webshop will be sent like usual.

From January 4, 2021:
- our shop in Heeg is unfortunately still closed (until further notice from the government).
- We are available again by phone during regular opening hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
- our technical helpdesk can then be reached by telephone from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- e-mail your questions and problems to and, we will try to answer them as soon as possible.

We can assure you that our team continues developing our navigation software. This way we can maintain the produce of the best navigation products for our all your voyages.

Of course, also the charts will be kept up-to-date. Please note, that the Dutch Hydrographic Office only publishes the messages to marines (BaZ) biweekly until further notice. Because of this, our DKW 1800-series also comes with biweekly updates instead of weekly. The German BSH still publishes weekly updates, so the DKW German Bight can still be updated weekly.

Do you require support during the installation of your (new) Stentec-product? We can easily help you from a distance. If you have an internet connection, you can download the free program ‘TeamViewer’. After your permission we can take over your screen and safely install your products. It is also possible to deliver your device in our shop or send it to us, after which we update it as required.

As soon as there is a change in our opening times or regulations, we will edit this article and the note on the frontpage and front door. Thank you for understanding.
