Changed opening hours due to the Coronavirus

Due to the guidelines of the Dutch Government concerning the Corona virus, we decided to exclusively open our shop by appointment, for both your and our own safety. This way our team can work from home as much as possible and make sure that there are no more than 4 people in our shop and office.

Appointments
Would you like to come to our shop for advice, support or a purchase? We would like to request you to telephone us to make an appointment. This way we can make sure that there are no other customers in our shop. We do not oblige facemasks, but we would like to ask you to keep an 1,5 meter distance. With a maximum of 1 customer in our shop, regularly disinfecting everything, keeping a distance and only meeting when both parties are symptom free, then this seems to us sufficient to prevent contamination. During your stay, we will write down your name and phone number. Should there be any contamination, we can inform you about the situation.

Accessibility
We will remain available for all your questions during our regular opening hours from 9.00 to 17.00 via phone and e-mail: stentec@stentec.com. Our technical helpdesk stays available via phone from 11.00 to 16.00 and via e-mail: helpdesk@stentec.com.

Updates
We can assure you that our team continues developing our navigation software. This way we can maintain the produce of the best navigation products for our all your voyages.

Of course, also the charts will be kept up-to-date. Please note, that the Dutch Hydrographic Office only publishes the messages to marines (BaZ) biweekly until further notice. Because of this, our DKW 1800-series also comes with biweekly updates instead of weekly. The German BSH still publishes weekly updates, so the DKW German Bight can still be updated weekly.

Support
Do you require support during the installation of your (new) Stentec-product? We can easily help you from a distance. If you have an internet connection, you can download the free program ‘TeamViewer’. After your permission we can take over your screen and safely install your products. It is also possible to deliver your device in our shop or send it to us, after which we update it as required.

As soon as there is a change in our opening times or regulations, we will edit this article and the note on the frontpage and front door. Thank you for understanding.
