Changed opening hours due to the Coronavirus

In order to offer you the most efficient and good service possible, our store in Heeg will remain open by appointment only for the time being. We will of course remain available by e-mail and telephone during the regular opening hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Appointments
Would you like to come to our store for advice, support or a purchase? We would like to request you to call us to make an appointment. This way we can make sure that the right colleague is available and gives you the best service.

Updates
We can assure you that our team continues developing our navigation software. This way we can maintain the produce of the best navigation products for our all your voyages.

Of course, the charts will be kept up-to-date. The Dutch Hydrographic Service publishes the Notices to Mariners (BaZ) every week, as does the German BSH. This allows us to publish the BaZ updates for the DKW 1800 series and the DKW German Bight on a weekly basis and you are always up-to-date.

Support
Do you require support during the installation of your (new) Stentec-product? We can easily help you from a distance. If you have an internet connection, you can download the free program ‘TeamViewer’. After your permission we can take over your screen and safely install your products. It is also possible to deliver your device in our shop or send it to us, after which we update it as required.

You can also find answers to many of your questions on our website under 'Support' and you will find videos with tips on our YouTube channel. We can of course also assist you by telephone or e-mail.

As soon as there is a change in our opening times or regulations, we will edit this article and the note on the frontpage and front door. Thank you for understanding.
