With the 2026 edition you will receive:
 
  • Updates & improvements for the most stable version ever.
    This is crucial to ensure everything continues to function properly. For example, after Windows updates or changes to data sources such as GRIB, IENC, Blue Wave, and shipping reports. In older versions, certain features may no longer work.
     
  • Updates to the waterway network, bridges, and locks.
    There are regular changes to waterways and the so-called "engineering structures." When you plan a route, WinGPS uses this data to calculate the best route for you. If this information is not updated, you may receive incorrect routes and, for example, encounter a closed bridge.
     
  • The latest features.
    Several new features are being developed in WinGPS 6, including bridge collision alarms and the first TrackPilot expansion sets for recreational boating. WinGPS is also prepared for the alarm zones included with the DKW 1600+ charts, so that restricted areas, such as wind farms in the North Sea, are clearly visible. In addition, VHF zones will be added, allowing you to see directly on the chart which VHF zone you are sailing in and optionally receive a notification when entering or leaving a zone.

Are you heading to the Baltic Sea this year? With the DKW German Bight and DKW German Baltic Coast, you'll have a reliable and up-to-date base for your trip.

The 2026 editions are now available! Thanks to the included updates, you'll always navigate with the latest data. For the German Bight, even weekly, ideal for these dynamic and turbulent waters.
The DKW German Bight and DKW German Baltic Coast connect seamlessly, as do the DKW 1800 series, DKW 1600+, and DKW UK1 for the English and Scottish East Coast. They share the same chart image: deep water is white, while shallow water ranges from light blue to green.
What's new? 
For both charts: 

Due to a reorganization of the (paper) charts at the BSH and a collaboration with the UKHO, there were significant differences compared to the previous edition. Our cartographer has created the charts so that they neatly align with the other charts.
DKW German Bight

30 charts have been added, 51 charts removed, and 34 charts modified, particularly for the North Sea and the ports of Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven, and Willemshaven. The charts of the North Frisian Islands (near the Danish border) have also been updated.

Tip: The BSH (Dutch Maritime Authority) now advises against sailing through wind farms. This has also been changed on the charts .

  
DKW German Baltic Sea Coast

Seven charts have been added, five charts have been removed, and 91 charts have been modified. Changes have been made primarily to the Baltic Sea charts . The detailed charts of Warnemünde and Rostock, as well as Heiligenhafen, have also been modified.
Upgrade from 2025

Do you have the 2025 edition of the chart? Then you can take advantage of the upgrade discount. For example, you'll pay only €89.90 for the German Bight and €79.90 for the German Baltic Sea coast.
