The major biannual (Summer) updates of German Bight and the German Baltic coast (2014) are released. You can update your charts by using the News Center in WinGPS.
- The German Bight has 47 of the 71 charts updated (38 MB)
- The German Baltic Coast has 55 of the 128 charts updated (40MB)
In these updates we implemented the NfS (Nachrichten für Seefahrer). These updates run until the end of July. More information about the NfS's of the BSH.
A couple of ports and marinas the name has changed. The new name is visible after updating your charts. The run-up to various ports are changed and there are a number of wrecks and other obstructions shown on the charts. There are also new depth figures in the mouth of the Jade and Weser port. There is a significant change in the depth image.
The DKW German Bight & German Baltic Coast are available as download starting from €99,90 per chart set. These are also available as an advantageous upgrade from version 2013.
