With a few fixes and updates to WinGPS Marine there are some new features we would like to bring to your attention. This is a free update for users with WinGPS Marine or WinGPS Marine Plus.
New features:

• Course up follow mode (WinGPS Marine and Marine Plus) | |

| When choosing this mode in WinGPS the chart will turn according to your heading. Ideal for sailing on inland waters. |

• Compass mode (WinGPS Marine and Marine Plus) | |

| In compass mode the chart will turn according to your internal compass. |
|
• Hidden user interface while inactive (WinGPS Marine and Marine Plus) | |
|
| When your smartphone or tablet is inactive for more than 5 seconds the user interface will fade out. This way you will have the best view of your chart and heading. |

• Importing GRIB-files (WinGPS Marine Plus) | |
|
| Download GRIB files and display them on your chart view for the latest weatherforecast. |

• Newscenter (all versions) | |
|
| Shown in the newscenter are interesting messages such as tips, special offers and other newsworthy items. The newscenter will automatically appear on your screen when WinGPS Marine is started. |

• Support for NOAA charts (WinGPS Marine and Marine Plus) | |
|
| Display the latest charts available from the NOAA. These charts are free to download and will give you full range around the US coast. When added the charts can be displayed by choosing them in chart manager. |

• Chartview on smartwatch (all versions) | |
|
| If you have a smartwatch with Android Wear it is possible to display your charts and heading on the watch. |
