Payment and Delivery Conditions

When purchasing a product in this online shop you agree with the following conditions:
'Money back guarantee' possibility within 30 days after purchasing if it has been made clear to Stentec within this period, that, although the system requirements are met, the product does not function conform specifications. This only applies to Stentec products.
For all products in unopened and undamaged package: return and money back guarantee if purchased product is returned within 14 days. This doesn't apply to shipping costs.

For products by other manufacturers we do give advice for easy to correct problems. Usually we will refer you to the manufacturer's helpdesk.Prices
Prices mentioned in the online shop include 19% Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are excluded. For downloads VAT is charged from October 15, 2005.License agreement
After purchase of software you receive a license to use the delivered software according to the license agreement that comes with the software (as stated by the manufacturer). Copying is prohibited (other than for back-up purposes).Delivery
CD_ROM's, books and hardware are shipped with Priority Post, usually within 1 or 2 working days after the order was placed. If you ordered download products, an e-mail with license code(s) and download instructions is send directly after payment approval.
