What to do when the FAQ doesn't solve the problem

Request for support.

If your problem can't be solved using the FAQ, please send an email to helpdesk@stentec.com.

Please mention the following:
  • The program
  • License number(s)
  • Computer specifications (i.e. Pentium III, 32 Mb RAM)
  • Operating system (i.e. Windows 95/98/NT/2000/Me/XP)
  • A clear description of the problem, when it happens, which errors you get and, if relevant, screendumps.


We will try to help you as quickly as possible.
