Sail Simulator - Technical Support

If you encounter problems with Sail Simulator, please try the following to solve the problem:

• download and install the latest update (see below)
• uninstall old versions before you install a new full version (of course not valid for an upgrade). Make a back up of your self-made boat-styles and sceneries before.
• consult the manual or help menu in the program
• consult the FAQ (frequently asked questions)
• post your problem in the Online Forum. Probably other users or our developers can help you solve the problem

If your problem isn't solved now, please send an email to helpdesk@stentec.com. Please mention the following:

• the program (and version number)
  
• licency number(s)
  
• computer system (i.e. Pentium III, 32 Mb RAM)
  
• operating system (i.e. Windows 95/98/NT/2000/Me/XP)
  
• a clear description of the problem, when it happens, which errors you get and, if relevant, screendumps.

• Free update 4.1.2 for 4.0 en 4.1 license owners
• The 4.2 version of Sail Simulator is an upgrade from 4.0 or 4.1. More information on www.sailsimulator.com.
• Free update 4.2.4 for 4.2 License owners
