The new WinGPS 4 Voyager is an interactive navigation program for skippers of sailing boats and motorboats. The unique feature of this program is how it takes account of different variables that influence trip planning. So instead of simply computing the course from A to B, WinGPS 4 Voyager calculates the best course at that time for the particular type of boat. The jury's verdict was 'user-friendly, suitable for a variety of watersports enthusiasts (touring sailors, competition sailors and motorboat skippers) and affordable. What's more, it enhances safety on the water.' The jury also praised Stentec Software for continuously searching for ways of successfully applying innovative solutions for nautical software programs.
