Got my ss5 dlx today! And tried multiplayer today

Question... Are there suppose to be 3 to 4 motor boats in the race Area? I was in. Open class demo race area to learn and test the hobie boats and. At the starting line me and others were being beat down my the motor boats? Is this common?

I love this sim. I've been trying other demo's and they can't compare.

I've been working on a saitek x45 configuration for control. So far coming nicely.

This needs to be answered as I had two idiots in a rubber ducky run me down during a race a few days ago.

1. players can't be kicked
2. if they run you down in a RIB then either the session master set it up as a rib vs sailboats race.. OR
3. the RIB drivers did not understand the RIB is for umpires/spectators only
4. RIB players really very badly needs a dose of points for his ranking fix

If you set up a session and it is open the only chance you have is to make is for 1 single boats class only
but that will not get rid of the "pirates" either.

Put up an organized session with a password and you can decide whom you give the password...
