Convert C-MAP

Hello.
Is it possible to convert C-MAP maps to a format that WinGPS can read?

If you could somehow convert C-Map to a bitmap file, with a chi calibration file, you could import them in WinGPS. I however do not know if such a program exists. You should also note that C-Map charts are vector charts and DKW(2) charts which WinGPS uses are raster charts.
