Textures (Skin) not rendering (painted) on objects (transparent boat) , or wrong or corrupt texture rendered (green sea behind startline).
Grafic problems either sofware (driver) does not find texture or finds empty texture.. .. graficmemory is too little to hold all textures, or grfaiccard can' keep up,
Try to lower your resolution so the graficcard has less area (pixels) to render (paint) and textures can be smaller (less pixels again) so they could fit in memory.
It could also be a driver (software) problem. (same problem at lower resolution)
- either do not use the broken part of the driver (turn off aliasing or certain shaders (shadows, reflection etc)
- or fix the broken driver (install updated new driver, or the last known to work driver)
- If the graficcard can't keep up, make it work less hard.. reduce screen resolution, turn of goodies like filtering, ani-aliassing, shaders.
Last but not least, if the problem develops while playing (appears after some time, gets worse) open the case and put a big blower next to the computer to make sure everything is cooled, or move computer to a much cooler location, higher temperatures need more power which causes higher temperatures...
If it is a developing and worsening problem without ever returning to "normal" you may suspect permanently deteriorating hardware...
If you need more specific help, you need to post type, specification, driver versions etc. of your system (specifications of all the hardware,
operating system, driver versions, game version etc.)
