How do I get sailsimulator to work with Windows Vista?

Hi See the thread on this page. Missing file which you can download or extract it from XP if you have it. The Scenery Designer is Broken in Vista and can't be fixed I am told. Also install sailsimulator as administrator although may not matter.

Roll on SS5 as shipwrecked with the situation at present.
