PB to activate sail simulator 2010

Hi from Paris,

We just bought the simulator but now,

we cannot activate it, even by internet (license code provided).

How to proceed efficiently?

Gentlemen,

l'm still trying to activate my sail simulator 2010,
To activate it, I have to provide a hardeware key plus a license code.

Inside the box of DVD, I find 2 numbers.
One in a big size (12 char alpha num), the other one is in smale size (4 char num)

What is what ?
Where is the license code ?
where is the hardware code ?

Hi there from SA,
I bought sail simulator 2010 version 5.1.7.2 but am unable to play in multiplayer mode on internet. It keeps on telling me to update which I have done but it still tells me that a new server needs to be downloaded.
Please can you help me
