sheets won't hold

After adjusting the sheets by pulling the mouse cursor down, when you let go the sheet loosens back to where it was. How do you make it "stick"?

Click in A button in the top left of the sail icon so a red X appears next to it. This will turn of the automatic sail trim and allow the sheets to be set to your choosing
