Stentec Release their boat design program

Hi all from stentec,
when sail sim 5 was still in development, one of the stentec moderators posted that the boat design program would be released as well.. I was just wondering whether this will actually happen or it was just a load of rubbish. is there going to be a scenery designer as well? when will we be getting more scenery????? i would love to sail in more places, such as sydney, wellington, some places in other countries too.
